Craft Vapour is not responsible for payment failures or delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

5. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for defective or incorrect items in line with the Consumer Protection Act. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase.
E-liquids and opened items cannot be returned due to hygiene and health regulations, unless faulty.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
